I can’t do this. I just can’t. I have no motivation whatsoever and a billion other things to do. I’m sorry! Please keep it up.

It is hard... 18 months ago

I visited this site again after a few months of being superbusy. Everything is still going as planned, more or less. I’ve recently stopped biting my nails again for the umpteenth time. And I’ve been losing weight too! Only 2.5 more kilo’s and I am no longer overweight. Yay!
Also, my schoolwork has improved majorly. If I can keep this up I hope I’ll pass everything from the first try next exams. That would be utter bliss for me, considering where I came from.

I know this goal is associated with anorexia and suicide. I think that’s too bad. Being perfect is also being healthy and being happy, and I do not believe suicide and anorexia fit in this picture. I’m sorry if I offend anyone. Please understand that to me perfection just means pushing myself to be what I want to be – to be all I can be. I don’t want to be superthin, just healthy. I don’t want to be the star pupil of my class, I just want to pass all my subjects. I guess perfection lies in moderation for me. And in beauty.

For everyone who is afraid, or thinking of giving up, you can do this! Together we are stronger!!

Going better, for now. 2 years ago

Ok. So last time I complained about not being motivated. I took the advice given to me through this medium (thank you BangoSkank!) and roped my friends in to swim with me. We’re setting a regular date for that. And I went running again today, but this time I put some music on. It went so much better! I even ran further in the same amount of time. Things are looking up. I’m so happy. Thanks again, BangoSkank, it really helped me out a lot!
