Last week, I made Haystacks. But instead of chow mein noodles, I used Golden Grahams. And instead of dropping them in neat little bundles, I spread it all out on a cookie sheet. So instead of Haystacks, I actually had Clodhopper Bark. It was delicious.
There was also the return of my beloved Cranberry Pecan Sourdough Bread. Everything gets dumped in a bowl, it rises for 12 hours, then you bake it and all is right with the world.
And I whipped up some Lemon Poppyseed Cake Bites with White Chocolate and Coconut, but they were not quite as delightful as they sound.
