I gave up 3 years ago after having smoked for 21 years. I know it is so hard to give up but worth doing.

A couple of things to think about>

Every day we get closer to death (by smoking even closer).

The money you will save, you can use for something you have always wanted to achieve or have.

I hope to go back to Portugal and see the place I was born, see and learn about Portugals and Spains historical past.
