Partial result- I’ve found it mentally helps to see my bitten cuticles as wounds, and use antiseptic cream and plasters on them. The physical barrier helps! keeping my nails tidy helps too….good luck with this- I’ve been trying to quit for the past 10 years!!!!

I reckon skiing every year will stop me from completely falling into boredom oblivion. And get me out of the dirge routine. It scares me, and I reckon that’s a good thing.
