30 Pounds DOWN! 7 months ago

YEEEHAW! It’s so exciting that the diet and exercise is working so well! I have, as you can see by the title, lost 30 pounds! Now it’s down to the final 10 pounds and I’ll have reached me goal of 180. HOWEVER! I am still aiming for a six pack, so unless I have achieved that, I may have to lose more weight. We will see! WOOT WOOT!

Okay I’m a bit late for my entry but I did it! I am 195 down from 220. I feel energetic, but for this Easter Holiday I’m going to pig out on whatever I want, because… hey… I’m on vacation :D

20 pounds O YA! 8 months ago

Okay so it’s week 4 beginning tomorrow! I have lost 20 pounds, of course the idea is to maintain as much muscle as possible and burn as much fat as possible so I’d like to say it was mostly fat, but I can’t say for certain ( I don’t have my BMI).

HOWEVER! It is going well, getting a little hungry at night mostly but I don’t snack before I got to bed anymore. I am going to try to get down to 195 lbs by…. let’s just say April 10th. Can it be done??! I sure hope so! Boo ya!
