I’m extremely irritated because I cut my finger open on a piece of broken glass at work today. Now, every string I touch with my first finger is painful.

Calloused Fingers.

Finally. Guitar is going absolutely wonderfully. I’ve been able to get some great practice in, seeing as I’m not sick this week. I’ve got lessons on Wednesday, and my teacher continues to tell me that I’m doing extremely well. It’s only natural. ;)
This Week

This week has been an awful. I think it just seems so bad because my allergies are trying their best to make my head explode.
I’d say my biggest complaint-aside from the sinuses, of course-is the relationships, or lack there of, circulating around me. My two best friends are now dating. I mean, I’m fine with that, but I’m becoming a third wheel. They’re my best friends because I can count on them, I don’t want to lose them. Plus, my friend Mary is having drama with my friend Jake, and I’m in the middle, again. I feel like I’m losing everyone.
I want to sit on my deck with my guitar and just play until my fingers bleed.
I’m still feeling alone.
