I’ve not had a KFC in god only knows how long so I thought I’d add McD’s to the list.
I don’t even know why I go, everytime I get something I’m always disappointed with it, or it doesn’t fill me up. I may as well just make something myself at home that I know is going to satisfy me.
McDonalds pushes shoddy, ill prepared food that’s been sat behind the counter for ages, with too much salt and sugar and fat in it. There’s no nutriaional value in a McDonalds meal. NO MORE!!

I decided to stop drinking coke just because I don’t actually know what it is! What flavour is it supposed to be exactly?? What is it made of??
So I just got in some diet lemonade and diet Lilt to satisfy my fizzy pop craving. But getting diet drinks other than coke in bars and clubs is a nightmare! I do have the odd vodka and diet coke when I’m out.

Well, I’ve cut down on my intake of crisps and cheese and upped my intake of fruit and veg. Also I’ve stopped eating as much meat. I don’t know why though cos this wasn’t part of my plan. I’m not vegetarian, just gone off it for some reason!! My skin looks a lot better and I do feel a bit healthier.

I’ve decided to start eating organic meat and dairy. Very persuasive!! And well worth it! Especially the dairy.
