This is my number one goal. My excessive internet use has caused me to waste thousands of hours of my life, create greater anxiety, have less of a social life, and aids my severe ADHD. I know I can do this, its all just a mental challenge. I got an internet timer now so its a good start.

How I did it: Watched tutorials online and memorized the simple stages and algorithms. It was kind of fun getting further in the stages of finishing the cube so I spent nearly the day learning how to do it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: My english teacher sort of got me into the hobby of reading, the first book I had to read was for project called "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien, I actually think that it was the first "novel" I have read front to back and actually comprehended the whole plot. I actually enjoyed reading it and loved the feeling of curiousity of what was going to happen next! Reading is now one of my favorite hobbies. Here is a list of the bo… Read how I did it…

I decided to start this goal this morning after eating a fully nourishing meal last night and missing breakfast this morning. I WILL NOT eat until at least Sunday night. I am aiming for Monday morning though. Indomitable will is what will be the key to achieving this goal. It’d be a changing experience to flush my body out of all the toxins and impurities. Let’s go!
When I was very young I used to read pretty frequently. I began to stop reading about when I was 8 or so, and stopped for about 10 years before I finally got back into the habit. Reading is now my passion. I switched my major to English with a minor in Philosophy, and probably deck out 2-3 novels a week now-a-days. You can benefit so much from such a simple act: gained general knowledge, expansion of vocabulary, stress reduction, increase attention span, increase critical thinking, enjoyment, something to do when your bored (this was a big one for me), and the best novels and poetry can even change your entire life and your permanent outlook. This is why I love reading. It is very hard to start up, but once you get through your first couple books, it is very hard to stop.
Happy reading to all! Good luck on this goal!
