So I haven’t posted I know, but this is something I have been doing.
I haven’t missed a week since I started.
I love it.

So I’m on to week two, and this time I’m making it myself.
I found a recipe for honey mustard basil salmon steaks. They’re marinating in the fridge as we speak.
Yummmy!
I grew up in a small town in northern Ontario. I used to stay up at night just staring out my window watching the lights dance across the sky. Red, green, blue, orange, yellow, fast, slow. They are some of the most beautiful natural phenomenon you can see. Never the same, always changing, so amazing. I encourage all of you to do whatever you can to see them. And do not settle for the faint crappy green ones. Go fo the real deal the ones that look like curtains hanging from heaven. The best is when there are two different sheets of two different colours and they dance like sheets drying on the clothes line on a breezy day.
So beautiful!
