I’ve been working on this goal since January. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far. I had lost 5 more but over the summer have gained them back since I’m totally off schedule as far as working out goes. Once school gets started again and I can get back on track I’d still like to lose another 10 lbs. I can do this.
