How I did it: I already had lots of layers in my hair, so i just got them shortened, then got my hair bleached white blonde (5 hours in salon ¬-¬) and bangs cut in.Had to let the hair rest but i bought my coontail extensions and buffed my hair up, then added the all important bow and voila =D Scene hair agogo.
