Four more!

Wow. I have some catching up to do! Let’s see. Cowboy, in October, the most passionate kiss I have had since my exfiance! We went out but the second date was the last sadly. We got lots of amazing kisses in though. The problem was the nothing when the kisses ended. sigh Why can’t they be hot, passionate and smart? Then there was John. His pales in comparison to Cowboys but there was a spark. Yet I am not going to go out with him again. Once again, no real connection! Then today with my ex. He is trying so hard but I am not feeling it anymore. So I don’t know if that really counts as a passionate kiss. I would say with Cowboys kisses though I have to be at at least 20. Or wait really they were long consecutive make out sessions… I will just count him for three! So I will leave it at four more!!

Chicken Pot Pie

This isn’t a favorite of mine but the family loved it so it is a definite keeper!

2- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled & diced*
1- can cream of chicken soup
1- can cream of potato soup
1- can mixed vegetables, drained
1- Cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions
Combine cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup & milk. Next add mixed vegetables & diced, cooked chicken (may use about 2 cups canned chicken if you are in a hurry). Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour evenly into 2 frozen, unbaked pie crusts. Place extra pie crust over each filled pie crust, leaving the pie tin in place. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 45 min. Remove pie tins from tops of pies and continue to bake another 5-10 min. Serve warm with salad on the side. Makes about 16- 1/2 Cup servings.
*
Unbaked pie may be placed in gallon sized zip-top bag & frozen to be baked at another time.

Number of Servings: 16
