I’m still on vacation and haven’t gained an ounce! Hoorah! That’s a first. Plus I found this great website where you can watch exercise videos from your computer. You have to pay but you get 90+ videos and it’s a lot cheaper than the gym. The site is demandfitness.com. I’m also starting a fitness/weight loss journal. I still have 19 lbs to lose and I want to get really toned in my arms and legs so my goal is to be there or nearly there by christmas.

I’ve already read 37 books on the list, however there are a couple that I’ve no intention of reading and can’t understand why they are on the list. I read the Princess Diaries once and thought the movie was ten times better, why is it even on the list? Aside from that, though, there are a few books that I think belong on the list, like Jasper Fforde’s series and something by Ray Bradbury (his books are strange but good).
I eventually want to lose 20, but I gained ten pounds over the last year and am trying to lose them. My problem is finding a diet I can stick to. So far I have just been eating whatever i want as long as I don’t eat anything after 5pm (when I go to work) This only works on workdays, otherwise I have to be careful. So far, though, I’ve lost almost 3lbs in one week which is more than I’ve lost in a long time.
