Lately I’ve had an enormous amount of chaos going on in my life and haven’t been able to make it to my normal class/ classes. I can totally tell the difference in my body and in my emotions. Guess the answer is to find an alternate yoga studio.

people who have to micro manage things. Micro managing the universe cannot possibly be any fun. Especially when you are a newish employee. I guess thats some peoples way of fitting in or establishing importance IDK.

Now I go every Saturday morning. I am going to add Friday night breathing class also so I am not so stressed and am unwound from my work week for my Saturday class.
The place where I go is so beautifully decorated and has such wonderful energy that I just love going. It smells really good too.
