How I did it: I went to my primary care physician who felt the same lump I felt and then sent me to a radiology clinic. They decided to do an ultrasound of that breast first, because I am so young, and that warrented a digital diagnostic mammogram (different from a screening mammogram in that they squeeze your boob a few different ways). A new IKEA store is opening in my area in a few weeks, so and I’m going to get mine when that happens… yay!!!
I have had my taste of the theatre again through directing the high school musical. We’re doing “All Shook Up” with the kids and as the musical director I have been having a blast being up on stage during rehearsal with them, but – man – do I miss being up there for myself.
I graduate in a month. If I move (looking more and more doubtful) or if I stay this will be one of the first things I jump back into.
