Bellingham is great – but be prepared for the rain. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, particularly a cyclist, you may hate it. Otherwise, it’s quite nice – bicycle and pedestrian friendly. I recommend living in town so you can take advantage of that. Don’t move out by the Meridian, but the mall – that’s just like any other sprawled-out city. Good luck!
Of course, I still have reservations that this will be the thing I want to do and will love. I’ve had a history of “finding” my dream career and it not working out so well. Like my current job after 2 years of graduate school! I’m about to embark on more school and more debt, so, I’d love to know the following:
1. What kinds of skills should a MT have?
2. What are the “cons” of being a MT?
3. Is it boring?
These are my concerns. Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks.
