I wanna pray 5x/day too!!! :( My life is MESSED UP right now. Insha-Allah everything will be fine once I get a good job and move out. I’ll become such a GOOOOOD MUSLIM Insha-Allah! I was born a Muslim, but didn’t understand Islam’s significance until 3 years ago. It’s a pretty big shame that I still don’t pray regularly though the last 3 years have really opened my mind. It’s just the people I live with. Once I move out, Insha-Allah I am going to become a REALLY REALLY GOOD Muslim! Insha-Allah I’ll get a chance to move out in the weeks ahead.

This probablly won’t make any sense to non-Muslims but here goes…
It’s probablly considered un-Islamic (and even a sin) to buy lottery tickets, but I don’t really consider it gambling because I only ever play 1 set of numbers through “Lotto Advance” (signed up for the 26 draw plan so I’ve only spent like $52 on it), and if I win it’s obviously a blessing FROM God so if God (Allah SWT) is gonna give me a tonne of money Himself why should it be considered “haram”?
I REALLY believe I can become a better Muslim after moving out on my own, Insha-Allah. Is that Islamically forbidden? My family isn’t very religious, and I really canNOT put up with my siblings. My mom was like, “yeah, fine, move out”. And she’s said this many times, but not in the best way. The bottom line is I don’t want to feel guilty after having moved out (though I probablly will). I’ve started looking for a job that will allow me to afford living on my own so Insha-Allah within the next few weeks…
Have any of YOU been in this situation?
Btw, I’m 22… 23 in a few months. And I’m not moving out to get married or anything… Just wanna get away from my family so I can realize a feeling of independance and avoid the arguements, fights, and the sin being written in my book because of all this (just had a bad arguement/fight today).
Mas’Salam.
