I wanted to note a couple of ideas for doing things with current and new friends to be…ideas that can be used on a recuring basis so to speak: poker night once a month, cookouts, movie nights, road trips to ball games. I need to also stay in touch with my buddies on a regular basis.

I recommend using an attorney if you have assets and/or children. Peace of mind far outweights the modest expense. Think about it…a will is something that 100% of us will have the opportunity to benefit from.
