Still going strong... 4 days ago

I’ve lost 35 pounds now—it’s been 12 weeks. I originally wanted to lose 126 pounds (half my weight) so I still have a ways to go, but I’m off to a great start. I’ve been doing Weight Watchers online, and until a few days ago, I wasn’t exercising yet. I just started the Couch to 5k program (for the second time… I did it back in 2007 and made it through week 8).



Stop binge eating
46 Days 1 month ago

It’s been 46 days now since I last binged. I’ve been losing weight (21 pounds) and I feel a lot better now that I’m not bingeing. I discovered the key for me is to not let myself get really really hungry. When I go a long time without eating, I notice I want to binge. I’ve been eating larger meals and only one snack a day, and that helps a lot.

Good start! 1 month ago

I finally decided to start working on this goal (seriously) on August 19th. It’s been a little over 6 weeks now, and I’ve lost 21 pounds. I’m doing Weight Watcher’s points system (on my own, no meetings). No exercise yet. 105 more pounds to go!
