How I did it: It came to me much more naturally than I thought it would. The biggest challenges was going out to do it. My dad plays baseball and we have the equiptment so we just headed over one day to the park down the road.He coached me on how to hold the bat, how to swing, and watch the ball while he pitched to me. He pitched from home plat eand I was at the pitcher's mound so the ball wouldn't go far. The easiest way for me to perfect my bat… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well after years of people promising to take me, friends and family alike, I finally decided to just make it happen. My parents aren`t really camping people and my friends never got around to it so...I invited ten friends to go and asked who had what equiptment. Life happens and there ended up only being three of us. It was great though. I`m super anal and made sure we`d have everything. My parents were also a bit apprehensive to I had to… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I figured it was high time I learned to ride a bike. My goal is to use the bus and biking to get everywhere now rather than bus or car. I asked a friend who is a competitive cyclist and I think that was a major thing. Just go and do it. He was supportive and taught me the proper way to start, stop, fix a flat tire, and how to properly use the gears. We went … Read how I did it…

I figure if I’m going to photograph an entire city I should map it out first. There are aboutu 13 municipalities and I went through maps upon maps of the city and finally got it layed it all out on where I want to go (I even researched places I hadn’t even heard of). So now that I’ve got a plan I’m going to pick one place to start and then…go!
My step mom’s car broke down so my dad decided this is where I would start lesson one. And what a lesson! We ended up changing the battey, alternater, and the solenoid (the real problem)...in taht order. It’s a very 17 year old Ford Tempo so….it was time for a change anyway but…what I took away from it all most is ‘even though dad swares he knows what he’s doing, the mechanic always knows better’ =) But I did learn how to replaace all those things and the electrical circut of a car. So I guess it was worth it .
