So Its May 17, 2011 and to recap Summer 2009 i was 211, Oct 2009 i was 204, Dec 2010 i was 199… I did a juice fast for about 20 days then started HCG Jan 2011.. had jaw surgery Feb/2011 and continued the HCG protocol. Today I am still cycling from starting HCG on Jan 25, 2011….. I am now down to 161lbs :) My lowest weight thus far was 158.2lbs. I am happy to say I am down 50lbs and am 36lbs to my final goal.

145 is my new goal weight but I want to get to 125 and gain weight by adding muscle :]

I have successfully lost another 12lbs but this time thanks to HCG so as of Monday I lost a total of 25lbs and 11.5 inches since December. January I didnt really do anything but work to maintain the first 13lbs I lost and i did well. :]

35lbs til my personal goal of 140ish pounds…...I plan to go down to 125lbs tho so I still have about 50lbs to go!

I am 5’5 if ya’ll are concerned 125 is a good # for my height.

I didnt even realize I posted the entry but I did have my consultation with the surgeon 3 days later i went and so an Orthodontist. This isnt the normal way to do this, its just how it happened with me. Normally an Orthodontist sends you to a surgeon apparently. Anywho… The surgeon did all that he needed to do sent in paperwork to my insurance and 2 weeks later I had a pre-approval to go a head with surgery. Met with him on Jan 25th I believe and we Scheduled for Feb 3rd…. And here I am 41 days POST-OP…. I had a SARPE procedure done to expand my top jaw. I also had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. This will allow me to get braces, since I couldnt get them before because my jaw was too narrow. I saw my surgeon day 4 post-op and he showed me how to turn my Rapid Palatal Expander…. smh… i hate this thing. I turned it for 7 day at 1mm a day. I then saw him again and he told me I had to turn it another 5 days at 1.5mm a day. That broke my heart. As the gap I now had from the surgery and turning this device was big enough to fit my thumb…. the whole point of the SARPE surgery is to move your jaw BUT the expanding happens after surgery for the most part. Strange i know. Anywho I saw him again later that week and he was pleased with the results so I didnt have to see him again for 30days. Which happened to be this past tuesday. He checked my mouth, asked how I was feeling, what my diet was like and told me I could go head and see my Orthodontist whenever I wanted now. I unfortunately will have the device in my mouth for 6 more weeks… he’s going to remove it April 25th! Thank GOD! lol…. All in all Im glad I did this but I wish I was better prepared emotionally. I hate how my face looks right now and I hate that I cant eat a lot of things. But I know after these next 2 years pass i’ll be thankful for it. OH and btw I still have to have lower jaw surgery in about a year and a half to 2 years. I had a lot of things wrong with my jaw… cross bite, open bite, class 3 malocclusions…. smh…. little by little we are working on it!
