I would really recommend this. While I was meditating I went through many deep experiences, most of which were joyful and I even caught myself smiling once or twice! I felt as though I was connecting with my true self, and even came up with ideas for songs. It was very peaceful but sometimes the happiness got too much and I found it difficult to stay in that state. I guess we can’t take too much of a good thing and so tend to create problems for ourselves.

I appeared as a contestant on a British general knowledge quiz show called “Fifteen To One” a few years ago, when I was 18. It was a great experience, and I didn’t do too badly either! I would have loved the chance to audition for the show again but, unfortunately, it no longer exists :’(
So I’ll have to go on a different show!
The X-Files was the best TV show ever!!! I’ve watched it right from the beginning, when I was only eight years old, and have remained a fan ever since. I don’t think the show is as popular over here in the UK as it is in the States, and they stopped showing reruns on terrestrial TV a good few years ago. My goal is to own the entire collection on DVD. I can’t say the same about the movie though – I thought it was awful!
