It’s weird… I’ve got a good voice, or so people tell me (and I am musically inclined at the very least, so I can tell when I hit sour notes, so maybe it’s not just “or so people tell me”) ...and I want to sing a solo… But I just get so stinking nervous when the time comes that I usually chicken out. I’ve done a few SHORT ones… I’m Roman Catholic and have done a few parts at mass… But I need to like, cantor an ENTIRE mass. I’m talking all of the mass parts (there are 9 that I can think of) and four hymns, 3 verses each. That’s a tall order. It’s probably a good place to start though.
