How I did it: Used the recipe in Canning for a New Generation. I halved the recipe and used a big thermos-type cooler and two smallish jars. Used a few tablespoons of Chobani for starter (I used the rest to make powerbars from the Sunshine Cafe cookbook). How I did it: I stopped working out. That is, I stopped doing anything just to work out and focused on doing things that I enjoyed, having fun and improving my performance doing them. I hula hooped, I took a self-defense class, I paddleboarded, I biked, I walked my dog. I'm still doing these things and getting incrementally stronger and better at all of them.
