Well i have been on week 5 for 3 weeks just doing the first workout as i wait for my running partner to catch up. Doing Week 5 run 2 today. Its been really satisfying completing each run and getting progressively fitter. I never thought i would enjoy exercise but its great for stress and I have lots more energy than i used to. I fit into a size 10 now for the first time in years woo!

Well i survived the torture of week 1 ie 1 minute run with 1.5 minute walk x8. I did the first week 2 run today on the treadmill and it was surprisingly easy! I’m actually looking forward to the next session and i think that I might just finish the program! Who’d have thought it!
The iphone app get running is definitely a great investment.
I am going to kick ass in this interview next week! I’ve been studying all week and i will practice selling myself. Its gonna be great and i will get my promotion and transfer!
