I make no excuses now and I have to be in bed by 12 am. So far it has worked it for the past couple of days and I have had a good 7 hours of sleep but I have to move up the time to 11pm. We will see! This is probably the hardest goal for me because I am a night person and I go bonkers when I do not have enough rest.
My father has sleep apnea but I do not but I know his breathing machine helps him when he uses it. Sometimes he fails to use it and we hear him choking and I have to wake him up so he will put it on. That is my fear with him that he may forget and choke in his sleep. I pray this does not happen so PLEASE go to bed with your mask on if you use the breathing machine.
sad thing was that I could not start this goal but now I CANNOT STOP. But, it is because I am a teacher by heart.
Lord, help me!
