I go to bed waaay to late in the night… 2 am or later.
My goal is to go to bed around midnight.

My goal is to go to bed around midnight.
I like meditating and I believe it helps me in many ways.
However, I “forget” to do it, so now I want to make it an everyday-habbit.
So far I´m doing it almost every night before sleeping.
