Making some important decisions that were keeping my mind occupied at nights have helped me rest easier. I now feel free from them and am able to enjoy early mornings again instead of always feeling fatigued. :)

My mother-in-law is French and she has been giving me French lessons once a week. I’ve taken 3 years in the past, but it’s a completely different experience learning from a native French speaker. It’s great being able to ask her any questions and she immediately has the answers. She can also correct my pronunciation and tell me how the language has changed, or other bits you’d never learn from a textbook or class. I feel I am improving rapidly thanks to her help, soon we’re going to take field trips to France for “learning purposes”.. that’s our excuse, anyway. ;)
My hair was down to the middle of my back and has been since childhood. A few months ago I had it cut to my chin (not really short, but short for me) and it was much easier to wash and manage. I think it was worth doing for the change and experience, but I will be growing my hair long-ish again.
