Seriously. Go to w3schools.com and check out the css page on positioning. Then just create div tags with left: and top: attributes. Fantastic! Most well designed sites use css positioning these days, and the sites that I make at college are no different. For e.g. http://tinyurl.com/au8pg is one I made last year- all css apart from two images on the front page. And even they’re positioned to the right place with css.
Screw tables and frames that will screw up and give you nightmares.
Css will change your life.
