I've kind of altered this a bit....

although the foods I am eating are a strong component of the food pyramid, I am trying to follow the “Super Foods” diet which I find has become almost a habit for me. Out of the 14 Super Foods, I eat at least half of them each day. The thing that I am most happy about is that I have decreased dramatically my intake of processed foods. Shopping the perimeter of the grocery store is a good strategy for this.
