guys, i need your help…ever since being in a long term relationship although i still visit the gym…ive gained a few pounds. probably because im not passing up all the foods i used to..i used to pass up things as little as an eggroll. how do i control my new eating habits? its hard! i want to lose five to eight pounds :( adviceeeee

and i am still 115 pounds haha…i consumed less than 1000 calories a day and exercised like mad. i feel better though..im quite toned and musculer. its possible that muscle replaced body fat which weighs more. its too bad…i suppose unless i starve myself (which i dont want to do) i wont be 110ish pounds :( im going to try one more thing..eating only veggies and special k for one week and see how i feel. if still nothing ill just have to accept my healthy weight is 115 lbs!
