I'm doing 28 things
I’ve been through intense relationships. Even online. They’re all gone. I am dating someone right now. We used to be friends in university. But I’m not sure. He lives in another town, and nothing makes me move out with him. We see each other every 3 weeks, we still talk everyday. I am not sure if he’s true love or not. And since I’m doubting it I guess he isn’t.
But I feel so OLD. I’m 24 and so damn scared of getting closer to my 30s and being by myself. I don’t see sense in my life alone. I could just stop being with this guy, but I am terrified of being by myself.
Don’t get me wrong – he’s awesome. We’re good friends. We do well in bed. But I don’t feel how I’ve felt before. Maybe I’m too old to fall in love anymore. And I dream, as I’ve always dreamed, of true, strong, nonsense, everlasting LOVE. Just like in the romance novels. Can’t stop believing. But there’s no one like that. All men by now just care for looks. For being independent enough. For not getting married too young. Seems like I’m behind the times. I’m desolated. It’s affecting my work.

It was not anything that I was expecting. But every single idea in the drawing made me think of myself, of how true it was somehow, and it impressed me how he could read me so well.
It brought so many ideas into my head that I will not write in here but in my private diary :)

- Should be knowledgeable.
- Should have been raised by his dad, or mom and dad, but never by a single mom.
- His second language should be english, and his native language shouldn’t be spanish.
- Should be doing / have done a university degree.
- Should be someone productive in society (have a job).
- Should NOT be asian.
- Shouldn’t use myspace or facebook nor participate on purpuse-less online communities.
- Shouldn’t care for branded clothes/shoes or his hairstyle.
- Shouldn’t watch his weight.
- Shouldn’t know about fashion, celebrities gossip, or TV shows.
- Shouldn’t be a marketing victim.
- Should have some manly hobbies such as video games or sports.
- Might be some sort of nerd, but moderately.
- There should be other girls wanting him as well.
- Shouldn’t have difficult/sick/annoying family settings.
I don’t really ask for much.
