How I did it: Initially, took several hours of driving classes . It was difficult to get the hang of operating the compact car due to my prescription drug related memory problems/ My family had contributed a bit of extra money to invest towards more hours of school, which was thoughtful of them/// Good Luck study the Brochure located at the DMV or even possibly at the driving school itsselft Good Luck and Enjoy the Ride! Read how I did it…
1.) disciplined with eating appropriate sized meals
2.) disciplined with studying for college classes and exams
3.) discipline with using food as nourishment instead of a distraction or “drug” – a substance of abuse
4.) discipline with controlling my thoughts and actions and monitoring them, instead of acting selfish and impulsive
5.) discipline with cleaning up after my self as well as keeping my room organized and neat
6.) discipline with regularly exercising/ maintaining fitness
I’m going to of course plan to meet this goal by practicing mindfulness, being concienceous, therefore becoming more aware of my right and wrong thoughts and behaviorm especially habits i’ve developed. In addition, i will try learning to become more in touch with how my actions and thinking affects others around me – opting to of course, to avoid troubling others while at the same time learning to resist allowing other people’s actions influence or cause me to react without at least thinking through
One thing i definately must start caring to remind me has definately got to be the enlightening and fullfilling spiritual text of the book, “Dhammapada”
