How I did it: Well, I live in a tiny little village in the Cotswolds and theres the prettiest little church here. Every time I walked past with the dog I wanted to go in and walk around the grounds. I'm not religious at all though, and was a bit worried about poking my nose in when I don't ever turn up there normally. ...to realise that this is pretty much the route of all my problems. I don’t like who I am at all. Which is sad, because if I don’t like me- who’s going to?!
I’m not sure I even know who I am at the moment. But I have this feeling that all I need is to be comfortable in my own skin… who needs to define themselves as something/someone??
I just need to stop putting myself down every time anything goes remotely wrong, and be more positive about myself the way I am about other people :D
I need to realise that drink is the WORST thing if you’re stressed or down to start with. It makes you feel a whole worse and do stupid things… argh, seriously not good.
