Feel incredible 
How I did it: You don't do it, it just happens - I found the love of my life and spent 2 amazing years with her. Shared everything and wanted to be with her until the end. Unfortunately it didn't turn out that way. Still, I wouldn't change it for the world - loving and losing someone is tough but the loving part far outweighs the losing part. And, you never know, you may never have to experience the losing part! :) Read how I did it…

How I did it: Simply focus on walking everywhere with a straight back and shoulders pulled back. Eventually your body will take the hint and you wont need to focus on it - you'll do it automatically. It also works wonders on your abs, given me more definition Read how I did it…

This has happened to me once but I woke myself up as soon as I realised. Didn’t think of the potential of lucid dreaming. My goal is to be able to do this often!
