It made me
have MORE energy 
How I did it: I used to be a major caffeine junky. Never drank coffee but simply couldn't live without my daily gallon of Diet Pepsi. As a narcoleptic I figured I needed it... but I was wrong. I actually have A LOT more energy now.The key for me was to go cold turkey and switch to nothing but water.
