I ended up learning Python first and now when I look at Perl code I lose interest. I’m going to shelve this for another time.

I’ve went through a lot of the python tutorial and did a bunch of problems on Project Euler using python. I think python is my new default language =)
I was able to stop biting my nails for some time during the last 3 months. One thing that I did was washing the dishes with rubber dish washing gloves more often. After washing, the smell of the rubber sticks to your hands for a while and it smells really nasty when biting. Unfortunately, exams meant that I spent less time doing dishes and more hours studying. Sitting and thinking seems to be one of those triggers. Now that exams are over, I think it should be better. I just have to keep reminding myself of the dirty things that can get behind those nails of mine.
