How I did it: Alternate walking an jogging each minute for twenty minutes everytime I get on a treadmill. Worked up to run 6mph for 1min then jog 5mph for 1 min, 20mins total. By the third week, you sould be able to run 6.5-7.0 mph 1 min, then 5.5-6.0 mph the next. After a month, I have no problem running 6.5 mph for 10 mins. That's more than 1mile in 10. :) Read how I did it…
They just made absinthe legal in Columbus, OH last couple years. I went out with a couple guys friends one night, and they decided to buy me one since I never had it before. They sold it with the traditional method of dissolving a sugar cube on a spoon over a glass of absinthe. The smell coming from the bottle was pure alcohol. The taste was like a medicine to me. If you like Jagermeister, you would be ok. I didn’t mind it that much, but I wouldn’t get it again. :) I had a buzz after one, so I stopped drinking after that.
Yeah, I can’t believe I’m still planning for my next binge right now after what happened yesterday. I went to the grocery store, got a whole pie of cheesecake, a box of icecream sandwitch, and 12 chocolate chips cookie. I started to eat as soon as I got inside my car. I did good, only have oatmeal and peanut butter for breakfast, soymilk and wheat craker for lunch. My cravings hit me around 4pm and in the evening, most likely. Once I start to eat anything yummy, I can’t stop. Then, I was like “whatever, let’s just eat everything bad, since I’m gonna purge later on anyway”... How did I get myself into this? :(
I planned my binge, so that I can have all the chocolate, all the milk shake, all the cheese cake, all the chips I want at once. I want them all, cuz I wanted to change after that. It never happened… I know I need help…
