How I did it: i just thought more about how my grandma died of emphysema, how much i hated sitting in a car full of people smoking, and i hated smelling like smoke. then a friend told me a story of losing a loved one due to smoking..i didnt realize that it would only take one person to tell me they care that i am slowly killing myself .
