I did it!!! I’m relieved because I was still feeling sore from two days ago but I’m glad I made myself do it anyway. Is it better to wait when you’re sore, or is it better to push on? Does anyone know for certain? [Today’s sets: 6 8 6 6 10]

How I did it: Years ago, my first love and I broke up on Christmas eve (over the phone) and over something really stupid. I told him to never call me ever again and he didn’t. My pride kept me from eating my words and calling him back, even though I truly regretted the break up. My left over feelings for this guy completely contaminated my relationship with the next guy which was a real shame, because I really liked him and he deserved to be more than … Read how I did it…
Several years ago, I was a well meaning protestant christian who wanted more out of my relationship with God. I wanted so much to know God better and to know where His True Church was. Like so many others, I thought I knew what Catholics believed, but I was given some very false information, which caused me to initially reject Catholicism before I got my facts straight. I believe the reason for my story being so common is simply because God’s True Church is more attacked and less understood than any other. I finally found my way through studying what the Church really believes and by seeking the answers the Church offers about its most misunderstood beliefs. I’ve now been Catholic for about 7 years and it is the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m here because I want to help those who are already open to the possibility of conversion—not to try to convince anyone. This is because I believe there are too many people out there who are earnestly seeking answers, to be spending my time trying to convince the unwilling. I believe in letting people make up there own minds. I’d be more than willing to help you if you are still seeking answers so that God may bless you by bringing you into the Fullness of Faith. May God bless all of you and I hope I can be of some help.
Today I took the initial test and fell around a high level two when doing knee pushups.( I have back problems so I’m starting out gently). They say doing knee pushups reduces the weight by about 50%. Anyway, Once I complete the challenge on my knees, I want to go for it doing regular pushups. After I did the test I went ahead and did the first day level two which I ended with about twelve pushups (not too bad for starters). Well, gotta go and eat some protein so I don’t hurt too much tomorrow. Good luck everyone!
