October 06 – 12 mins and 45 seconds
January 07 – 11 mins and 43 seconds
March 07 – 10 mins and 42 seconds
September 07 – ?? mins and ?? seconds (I’m going to do it today!)

Urgghhh…I haven’t ran for like two months so I am very worried. I want to have a ten minute mile down by 2008.
