How I did it: A group of us at work wanted to do something. Paint-balling was suggested and then booked. We organised to meet at work and then sorted out lifts. We used Delta Force, a well known paint-balling company. A short drive and the fun began. How to achieve an A grade
It took me
2 years

Feel achieved.

How I did it: I worked damned hard for my two college years. I put in all the hours (more or less). I didn't let those who were failing drag me down. I knew what I had to achieve, I had no intention of making excuses. If I failed it would have been myself who I would have to answer too.I achieved 3 A grades. Deserved and now the world is my oyster because of those two years hard work. I can now do whatever I want too. It's a great position to be in. Read how I did it…

How to run a half marathon

How I did it: I signed up to do the half marathon in my local town, with nothing but a determination to achieve it. I used to be a good runner as I did it a fair bit. Two years of not running a lot and that's when I decided to give a half marathon a shot! I began training immediately, running mid distances. Do some volunteer work abroad
I've begun! 4 weeks ago

After much research I’ve finally booked onto a voluntary project in South Africa. I’ll be coaching football and doing some journalism work. It’s stupidly expensive but I’m really pleased I’m on my way with this goal. It’ll be an amazing experience.
