How I did it: i stopped saying no. even though i was usually completely out of my comfort zone all the time, i said yes to almost every thing that came my way. of course, i said no to the bad things. it felt wierd doing things i didnt feel comfortable with at first, but i fugured out i actually really enjoyed myself by the time the opportunity was over.
