I gave up on 43 things for a long time as I thought it was a waste of time. It was more efficient and personal for me just to write my goals out on a piece of paper. Plus this all seems too analyitical rather than getting on with it.
What’s brought me back is reading Buster Benson’s what I learnt from the landmark forum post. It was very informative.
It’s great looking at all the goals he has had and achived over the years.I realizied that by doing this you can create a legacy to look over after a while. It’s a very interesting way to keep a blog/diary. I remember reading about how he did a 10 day meditation retreat on here about two years ago. I sorta wish I wrote about my own 9 day reatreat here.
