Going well

It’s going well. Been hiking, running and walking six times a week for three weeks now. Will keep this up and also slowly start to change the food I eat and lower my sugar intake.

Starting up again

After a week of nasty flu and very sadly, the suicide of a fairly close friend, I am back to exercising and have been doing so for five days in a row. My first goal is reach two weeks, and after that I’ll start on a bigger exercise goal.

Tried it!

Found my first cache using the c:geo app for Android. :) This is good fun, but not necessarily something I see myself doing on a regular basis. However, I’ll probably be checking my phone for nearby caches whenever I go hiking.
