Daily: Reflect on 5 things for which I'm grateful.
hmmm...

Grateful:
that I know how to read and thus learn so many things each day
that I have a shelter
that I have the ability to see through other’s eyes
that I still have strength to spare for others
that I have come to a point in realizing at what point caring for me does not equal being selfish



meditate daily

So.. Here I am back to my parents house! This means: no yoga! There is no way to find a balance of peace, quiet or space in the house.
This means that:
a. I won’t ever do yoga and generally any meditation * NO
b. Do it outside the house * YES
c. Do it at a gym – with an instructor *NO
d. Do it when no one is home = 2 times/month!!!!! * GRRRR

I guess I’ll just have to be patient until I move out. :(



Sing a song at the top of your lungs at least once a week
Too hard for me

I am really embarrassed about my voice and it’s hard for me to sing even when I’m alone! If the music is loud and I can’t hear my voice then I ALWAYS sing! In clubs or when I wear headphones (only alone). Can’t imagine singing and all my neighbors thinking “who let the dongs out”!!!!!
