It is a struggle to keep a great relationship with God. Just like any other relationship, this one takes work on my part. But the benefits are unbelievable!

I just changed my major to include spanish, I lived in Spain for a year…jeezzz I should already be fluent!!

Two weeks after high school graduation and I was on a plane to Spain. I had a nanny job waiting for me, a pocket dicionary in my hand and all of my graduation money…I was ready to have some fun and to get away from NY!....about nine months later here I am, couldnt be happier about my decision to take a year off and live abroad. I have learned SO much about myself, what I want from life and about other people that I cant even remember myslef before this experiance. I cant wait to get home in two months to see my family and friends, to start school and be able to say “When I was living in Spain…....” What I did was something that most people (at my age 17) either dream about doing or would never do. Its not a typical thing from where I come from….everyone thought I was crazy and thinking back I was a litte…but I will never regret my decision to come to Spain!!
