I'm taking classes
18 months ago
I’ve started training and taking classes 2x week. It is so much fun and I am getting fit. It makes me feel good knowing that I can at least try to defend myself if I need to.
Mixed feelings

Well, I’ve lost the weight. I’m happy because I look better and fit into my clothes, but I lost the weight only because my Crohn’s disease is active again and I’ve been sick. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but was also in the hospital and had stuff coming out of both ends at times.
I wasn’t “trying” to lose weight during this time, but when you are in pain and can’t eat, it just comes off. :(
I can’t wait to feel good again.
