Meh, so I was getting all excited because tempo and long runs growing easier and easier to do, even with regular increments in speed and distance, then WHAM – I tried intervals and got my ass kicked. Either way, I shall start looking around for a good 5K to sign up for.

Well, today I started trying to do this and it certaintly seems worth it now, seeing as the front page article and picture are all about the Harry Potter madness at my bookstore last night. Quite a pleasant surprise, and an incentive to keep this up.
