Yesterday was bad, I exercised as usual had a great healthy breakfast and then I went to school and lost my mind… had lots of vending snacks to tide me over the six or so hours I was there and I didn’t pack any fruit in my bag… so the lesson learned is: preparation is key.
Today:
Had cereal w almond milk, blueberries and agave.
Dinner:
Zucchetti w/ mushrooms, avocado, and tomato medley (love this!)
Maybe smoothie later (bunny spice) and I have some raw treats I’ll eat on… I have yet to exercise, I don’t feel like so I’ll probably do 20-30 mins rebounding later and 15 mins on my bike. Oh and I lost 2 lbs so far :)
Ciao!

Finished a particularly hard paper today and turned it in.

Okay… that smoothie s**t did not work… But I am sticking to a modified plan, but I needed to incorporate actual food I could chew.
So for example, this is what I had today:
32 oz juice (this is my fave, it gets me going but doesnt really fill me up for long)
Anyway, I juice cucumbers, carrots, strawberries, 2 apples, sometimes a lemon or green or red pepper added… this shoots me up with energy.
Then I had ezeikal cereal with walnuts and blueberries, almond mylk and raw agave – good hearty bowl.
Next I’m gonna have guacamole, mushrooms, spinach, melted vegan cheeze and raw chili on ezeikal pitas – these are delicious. Probably have 3 or 4 of these.
For dessert I might have a bunny spice smoothie (if im still hungry, or maybe just a yogurt parfait (soy yogurt with flax seed, nuts, cut strawberries)
Over and out!
P.S. think I’m gonna add oatmeal to this to fill me up more during the day, cause later in the day I’m fine, but in the morning since I’m on the go, I’m sometimes very hungry til lunch. Oatmeal seems quick to make.

I drink a lot of smoothies… because I like them and because I’m pressed for time (job, school, life in general) so I make them and head out the door and it keeps me pretty full so that I don’t binge on something unhealthy… but even though I start my days out good I still have been binging the last two months (high stress with school almost done – semester and 1/2 left and stressing major) Anywa, because of this I have gained 25 pounds in the last 2 months, so I want to lose that and more in two months. So after thinking I’ve decided to do my version of the slim fast diet.
The Plan (Simple):
Breakfast Smoothie (Green or Fruit – what I usually have anyway)
Lunch Smoothie – Fruit or Juice from my juicer
Sensible Dinner – Salad or something hi-veggies and light, preferably as raw as possible
Dessert Smoothie – (I have these a lot too when I’m refraining from sweets and I love ‘em) Raw Chocolate Smoothie, or Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie (actually made from papaya and Raspberry and other stuff it’s yummy) and I have a bunch of delish smoothie recipes
Exercise: 60 mins daily.
Okay, so that’s the plan… pray for me :)
Will be checking back and posting daily (or almost) for the next 60 days.
Think I’ll end this around thanksgiving so Nov 27.

Okay…
So I’m using this as a journal to better health for 60 days and then it should be a habit (at least that’s the plan)
I’m working on 3 major things: Health, Happiness, Exercise.
So everday I must do something that makes me happy. And everyday I will journal my food and exercise. Ideally, I’d like to get rid of all sugar and all white products adn exercise daily.
So today:
Had a 32 oz green smoothie
Had Small Choco/Caramel Hershey Bar (not healthy, but this is DAY ONE and a work in progress)
Veggie Burger/Sourdough Bun/Home Fries w/ Onions
Organic Mango Pie – Was my treat and happy for the day, but as of today a food substance will no longer count as my daily happy.
No exercise today… felt lazy
Tomorrow (or later today):
Lots of Happys planned:
I register for school
I treat myself and get my hair done
I attend Day 1 of a writer’s conference that I’ve been looking forward to.
Be back 2moro
